Glory Faye Vinci's Obituary
Precious little angel, Glory Faye Vinci, went home to be held peacefully in the arms of the Lord, March 14, 2017.
She will forever be in the hearts of her parents, Charles and Rose Vinci; brother, Bodhi Vinci; grandparents, Cheryl (Phil) Sikora, George R. (Maryanne) Hovanitz, and Angelo Vinci; great grandparents, Thurl and Loretta Hopper, George J. Hovanitz; aunts and uncles, John (Kimberly) Vinci, Michael (Felicia) Vinci, Janet Hovanitz, Stephanie (Bobby) Carnie; cousins, Evan, Austin and Ashley Vinci, London and Heath Carnie.
Glory was preceded in death by her paternal grandmother, Helen Vinci.
Her birth was met with joyful expectation. During her brief visit on earth she enjoyed being held close by her parents and being told “I love you” and “I am so proud of you” an uncountable amount of times; sung songs by her mommy, and cuddled by family and friends. She is deeply loved by all who knew her and will be greatly missed.
The essence of life is to communicate love. Love abounded through Glory’s journey and many people were involved; her namesake and living angel, Pastor Faye Ballance; and her Doulas from Sufficient Grace Ministries: Shannon Sasseville, Tienne Wilkin and Patsy Leo, and countless others who offered support and prayers. The family is forever grateful.
A special thanks goes out to Dr. Suchetha Kshettry and the Labor and Delivery team at Fairview Hospital. Glory’s legacy will live on, thanks to the Cleveland Clinic and Lifebanc for accepting her as the first neonatal organ donor at Fairview Hospital.
She touched and changed lives; her life, spirit and legacy will always be for the Glory of God.
A Fountain Celebration will be held at 10:30 a.m. Thursday, March 23rd, 2017, in Sunset Memorial Park, 6265 Columbia Rd, North Olmsted, OH 44070. Please meet at the main gate of the cemetery. Immediately following the family will receive friends for a continued celebration from 11:00-12:30 at Sunset Chapel.
In lieu of flowers the family would like donations in Glory’s name, to be made to Sufficient Grace Ministries: Perinatal Hospice Birth and Bereavement Services 300 S. Chestnut St. Suite A. Deshler, Ohio 43516. www.sufficientgraceministries.org/support-sufficient-grace/
