Gretta Conley's Obituary
Gretta Conley, 95, of Brunswick, Ohio passed away on November 4, 2021. She was born on May 25, 1926 in Cleveland, Ohio to the late Anthony and Jessie (nee Holmes-Wallace) Scudiere. Gretta will be fondly remembered for the love she had for her family. She spent many years filling her home with the wonderful aroma of baking wedding cakes to help provide for her family. She filled her life with books, golfing, and writing. She was a dear friend to many and will be missed by those who knew her best. Loving mother of Anthony-dec. (Andrea) Conley, Susan (Dennis) Meador, Carol (Jerry) Meier, Claudia Klein, and Jeffery (Gayle) Conley; treasured grandmother of 11; cherished great-grandmother of 17; dear great-great grandmother of 2. She is preceded in death by her husband Norman of 40 years, sister Victoria and brother-in-law Ronald Clise. Visitation will take place on Thursday, November 11, 2021 from 4:00 PM-8:00 PM at Sunset Chapel, 6245 Columbia Road, North Olmsted, Ohio 44070. Funeral services will take place on Friday, November 12, 2021, 10 AM, at the chapel. Interment will follow at Sunset Memorial Park in North Olmsted.
