in honor of Harriet.

I worked with Harriet many years serving together on various Christian Nursing organizations and committees. Loved her intellect, problem solving skills and indepth understanding of issues confronting patients, nurses and the health care system. We also had a lot of fun. Loved her dry sense of humor. She always had a creative way to solve problems. Loved being in her company. Quite a change agent. A women of sound lived faith. An influencer.

Dr Coeling was one of my mentors at the KSU College of Nursing. She was always supportive and kind to junior faculty such as I was then, and will be missed. Rest in peace.
