Helen R. Petrigac's Obituary
Helen R. Petrigac (nee Yauneridge), age 98, longtime resident of Ohio passed away peacefully on August 2, 2026. Born on June 10, 1928, in South Fork, PA. She was the beloved daughter of the late John and Catherine (Harish) Yauneridge.
Helen is survived by her sister Marion (Edward) Alexander of Maryland and reunited in peace with her brother George Yauneridge and sister Violet Tweed. She is the wife of the late George Petrigac.
The family she leaves behind are her children Al (Mary-deceased) Petrigac of Cleveland, Ohio, Patty (Bobby) Woods of Gilbert AZ, Sue (Jason) Mertus of Grafton, OH and her loving grandchildren Rob (Shelly) Petrigac, Stacy Petrigac, Brandon (Dom) Woods, Garrett (Gen) Woods, Stephanie Mertus, Jessica (Michael) Nowoslawski. Great Grandchildren, Derek Petrigac, Oden & Declan Woods, and Noah & Amelia (Millie) Nowoslawki.
Helen's life was spent enjoying traveling, bingo, puzzles, and visiting casinos.
A private inurnment will be held at Holy Cross Cemetery, Brook Park, OH.
