Holly Ann Hazen, 72, was born on November 15, 1951, to the late Nora (nee Barnett) Nicholson.
Holly passed away on April 28, 2024. Beloved wife of the late David Hazen. Cherished mother of Kirsten Hazen, Cortney Hazen, and Trevor (Santina) Hazen. Loving grandmother of Mckenna Hazen and Samuel Hazen.
Holly was an active member of the Girls Scouts, where she was a Troop Leader for many years and she was a proud lifelong resident of Olmsted Falls.
A private graveside ceremony will be held at Sunset Memorial Park.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
