Imants Briedis' Obituary
Imants Briedis, age 87, of North Olmsted, passed away peacefully on Friday, March 6, 2020.
He was born November 9, 1932, son of the late Vilis and Lidija (nee Kankars) Briedis.
Devoted husband of 58 years to Ausma (nee Caune) Briedis; cherished father of Irene LeSueur and Laura (Kenny) Tomko; beloved grandfather of Sam, Alex, and Joe; loving brother of Maruta Hazners and Ina Bert; caring brother-in-law of Archie (Erika) Caune; treasured uncle and friend of many.
Visitation will take place on Saturday, March 14, 2020 from 10AM – 11AM at the United Latvian Evangelical Lutheran Church of Cleveland, 1385 Andrews Ave., Lakewood, OH 44107 where funeral service will commence at 11AM. Interment immediately following in Sunset Memorial Park, North Olmsted.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Imants’ name are suggested to the United Latvian Evangelical Lutheran Church of Cleveland.
