Iris Louise Newman's Obituary
Iris L. Newman, 93, passed away May 2, 2020.
She was born in Elkins, WV on May 9, 1926 to the late John and Leana (nee Griffith) Kyle.
Beloved wife of the late Donald; loving mother of Kelly Jo Newman; dear sister of the late Bernice Phillips, the late John (the late Virginia) Kyle, Betty (the late Edmund) Krajewski, the late Mack (Beverly) Kyle; devoted aunt and great-aunt to many.
Iris was a fantastic cook that could make something yummy out of limited ingredients every time. She had a great sense of humor and always kept you laughing. She will be remembered as a wonderful mother who loved her family. Iris was a great friend to many.
A Memorial Service will be announced at a later date.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be directed to the Alzheimer’s Association.
