Jack H. Shaw, age 83 of Fairview Park, passed away December 28, 2019. Beloved husband of the late Margaret; loving father of Terri Blagojevic (Dan) and Ken Shaw (Ginger); cherished grandfather of Ryan and Danielle Blagojevic, Kevin and Sami Shaw.
A Memorial Service will be held on Friday, January 3, 2019 at 12 PM in the Chapel at Sunset Memorial Park, 6245 Columbia Rd. North Olmsted. Donations may be made to Hospice of the Western Reserve, 17876 St. Clair Ave. Cleveland, OH 44110.
