Jack D. Wilcox's Obituary
Jack D. Wilcox, age 86, resident of Brook Park for 60 years, passed away, peacefully on Saturday, June 15, 2019.
Born December 14, 1932 in Rossmore, WV, son of the late Howard and Ann Wilcox. U.S. Air Force Korean War Veteran. Jack was a devoted member of Edgehill Community Church, former member of World Wide Church of God, and Family Church the Lord Jesus Christ. He was an avid Cleveland Indians baseball fan and loved dancing. He will be dearly missed by all who knew him.
Devoted husband of 59 years to the late Edith Wilcox; beloved stepfather of Anna (the late Frank) Di-Santo and Shirley (Richard) Ellis; adoring granddad of Joseph Di-Santo (Theresa), Regina Bruno (Chris), Stephanie Puckett (Billy) and Melanie Ellis; great granddad of Tony (deceased), Nikki, Dominick, Terance, Samantha, Griffin, Dillon, Jerrett and Jacob; and great great granddad of Dominick, Hunter,and Aria; cherished brother of the late Dorothy Krantz, Ronald Wilcox, the late George Wilcox, Howard Wilcox, Evelyn Wilcox-Mills, and the late Arnold Wilcox; loving uncle and friend of many.
Visitation will take place Friday, June 21, 2019 from 4PM – 8PM in the Sunset Chapel, 6245 Columbia Rd., North Olmsted, OH 44070 where funeral service commence Saturday, June 22 at 12PM. Interment immediately following in Sunset Memorial Park.
