Jean Marilyn Hagmeier's Obituary
Jean Marilyn Hagmeier, 80, of Strongsville, Ohio, passed away on July 4, 2024. She was born on September 15, 1943 to the late Elvin and Marjorie Templeton.
She is survived by her husband of 63 years, Rodger Hagmeier; children, Douglas (Donna) Hagmeier and Timothy (Kathi) Hagmeier; grandchildren, Robert (Kristina) Hagmeier, Tyler Hagmeier, Chad Hagmeier, and Caitlin Hagmeier; great-grandchild, Elijah Hagmeier; and siblings, Shirley Hively and James (Ashley) Templeton.
Jean worked as a paralegal for many years at law offices in Medina, Ohio. She had a great passion for golf, being a member of the Lady’s Association of Columbia Hills Country Club for 24 years and of the Weymouth Country Club for 16 years, and volunteering with the Junior Golf Program. She was a devoted member of the York United Methodist Church. Jean loved spending time with her family and friends and all of her fur babies. She is loved and will be greatly missed.
Visitation will be held at Sunset Memorial Chapel, 6245 Columbia Road, North Olmsted, Ohio 44070 on Friday, July 12, 2024 from 10:00 a.m. until the time of the funeral service at 12:00 p.m. with entombment to follow at Sunset Memorial Park.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Jean’s memory to York United Methodist Church, 6566 Norwalk Road, Medina, Ohio 44256.
