Jean Marie Karlak's Obituary
Jean Karlak (nee Stadtler), age 66, born October 22, 1955 passed away peacefully on June 16, 2022. Jean always brought a smile to those who crossed her path. Jean retired in 2010 from a successful career at the Federal DFAS. Jean had many interests including the Cleveland Indians, playing games and puzzles, travel, and spending time with her family.
Jean is survived by her husband Jeff; her brothers Jeff (Lynn), Brian (Linda), and Eric (Hania); her sisters, Gail (Allen) Fisher and Corinne (Daniel) Branchick; her nephews and nieces, Rachel (Peter) Stadtler, Joseph and Thomas Fisher, and Christopher (Mary) Branchick, and Megan Branchick; and her great niece, Ellie Mae Branchick. Jean was preceded in death by her parents, Norman and Mary Ruth Stadtler.
Visitation and memorial services will be held on Monday, June 20, 2022 11am – 1pm at the Sunset Chapel, 6245 Columbia Road, North Olmsted, Ohio, 44070. Relatives and friends are welcome to join the family for a reception downstairs immediately following the service.
