Jeffery Joseph Zwolenik, age 64, of Sheffield Village, Ohio, passed away on July 1, 2025. He was born on September 14, 1960 in Cleveland, Ohio.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Donald and Carol Au. He is survived by his children, Ryan Zwolenik, Jennifer Zwolenik, Kallie Zwolenik, and Allyson Capon; and grandchildren, Ashlee, Vanessa, Daniel, Farrah, and Aria.
He will be laid to rest privately at Sunset Memorial Park, North Olmsted, Ohio (Section 41, Lot 235A, and Space 3).
