She made me a sister. Sixty years ago, my father helped me understand that I had a sister (I was four.). This was so amazing to me. And she has never been less of a marvel since then. Always everyone's cheerleader, she pushed us all forward. God has blessed us all by letting us be a part of her party. Always strong, these were tough days. Always vocal about her beliefs, to see her silent is difficult. Thank you, family, for sharing her with me. And being family. God comfort our hearts and carry on her legacy.
Cindy I’m so sorry for your loss. The love and relationship with a sister is so special. I hope you and your family are covered in God's peace.
She was a dear close friend who I loved so very much. Her smile lite up a room. I will miss her and prayers for her family during this difficult time

Joann was a wonderful, caring, outgoing advocate for the students and staff at North Olmsted High School. She is fondly remembered by me as one of the lunch monitors and always ready to make your day a little brighter. Peace be with her always. Sally Stone, a former teacher.
