Not enough can be said about Joel's commitment to his job at Orlando Baking Company. He was a friend, a mentor and teacher to many. Insight and resourceful, Joel was of they techs who could be relied on to execute the most difficult repair jobs. No matter the stress and strain on the department, joel was the one, who maintained a level head, got us out of trouble and was always smiling. By extension and through food donations, joel and Barb made sure that the department had a culinary highlight to try even during the toughest days on the job. Joel, his friendly nature and easygoing attitude will be missed by many.
