Born on December 8, 1934, in Cleveland, Ohio, to parents John and Theresa (nee Valentine) Dianiska, Jack’s life was one of dedication and service.
A loving husband to the late Joan Marie (nee Bober) Dianiska, Jack’s legacy continues through his daughter Janet Kovalak, and he is preceded in death by his son, John Dianiska. His spirit lives on in his grandchildren Jennifer (Charles) Montagu, Amanda (Dan) Kozimor, Christopher Kovalak, Bryan Kovalak, and Joshua Dianiska, as well as his treasured great-grandchildren Brayden, Cameron, Blake, Kylie, and Nicole.
Jack’s sister, Rhoda (Richard) Dillman, and many friends and relatives will remember him for his unwavering patriotism, having honorably served seven years in the Army. His passions were many, including a lifelong love for coin and stamp collecting, and his significant contributions to the Cleveland Air Show, an event he helped orchestrate annually.
An adventurer at heart, Jack learned to fly before he could drive, a testament to his fearless nature and zest for life. His entrepreneurial spirit shone through his successful car sales and office furniture businesses, marking him as a respected figure in the professional community. Jack also had a profound love for classic cars, a hobby that reflected his adventurous spirit and appreciation for timeless beauty.
Jack’s departure leaves a void in the hearts of those who knew him, but his indomitable spirit and the memories he created will forever be a beacon of inspiration. As we bid farewell to a man of honor, integrity, and love, we celebrate the remarkable journey of John “Jack” Dianiska.
