Above all, Jack was a devoted husband, father, papa, and great-papa. He is survived by his beloved wife, Faith Kaput; his children, Kristen (Kevin) Kaput, Heather Kaput, Cara (Nicholas) Russo, Kelly (Sean) McLaughlin, Amanda Morgan, Lauren (Nick) Day, Scott (Madie) Perry, and Stephania Kaput; his grandchildren, Kaylee (Dan), Lexie (Danny), Ella (Derek), Aubrey, Julie, Olivia, Emma, Austin, and Georgia; and his great-grandchildren, Clayton, Tara, and Aurora. Jack was also a beloved uncle to many nieces and nephews, and a dear friend to many.
