Papa, I'm grateful for the memories, the lessons, and the love that you gave me. I will never not think of you when i eat frosted mini wheats, drink a glass of merlot, or hear your voice reminding me "you're watching your figure" as you cautiously select your light and fit yogurt. I probably owe you a few extra thank yous for letting me attempt my first few try's at cooking dinner, i can reassure you i am much better at cooking now! I credit my fierce ping pong skills to when we practiced in your basement, the fond christmas partys you and grandma graciously hosted, and our walks downtown vermilion together.
