John was my uncle, my mom's brother. We weren't in each other's lives as much I would have liked due to the fact that we lived so far away from each other, but every memory I have of him is full of laughter. I will never forget his laugh or that smile. Even if we didn't see each other all the time, I felt close from listening to all my mom's stories of him, Ralph, Vern, and Kevin. I wish he had had more time with us, but knowing he's now getting to share that laugh and smile again with Nanny, Grandpa, and Ralph makes it hurt a little less. Much love to those who knew and loved him best – Sarah, John Jr, Kevin Jr, my mom Julie, Uncle Kevin, Uncle Vern, and Toni. I'm thinking of all of you and am so sorry that we've lost John.
