John "Jack" Melody's Obituary
John "Jack" Melody, 80, of South Euclid, Ohio, passed away on December 6, 2024. Born in Cleveland, Ohio, on February 10, 1944, to the late Thomas and Patty Melody.
Jack is survived by his children, Lynn (Myron) Taylor, Elizabeth Chappell, Austin (Carri) Melody, Bartholomew (Kelly) Melody, and Mary Melody. His grandchildren Nora Melody, James Melody-Hoover, and Oliver Melody. Jack is also survived by his sister, Kathryn (Rick) Constantino. He was preceded in death by his granddaughter, Chloe Chappell, and his brother, Thomas Melody.
Jack was an avid reader, with a particular fondness for the New Yorker. He enjoyed writing and found solace in gardening. He could be considered well-traveled, having explored many places throughout his life.
