John George Mossage

John George Mossage, 74, of Cleveland, Ohio, passed away on February 16, 2025. Born on November 6, 1950, in Cleveland, he was the son of the late John and Janet Mossage. He was preceded in death by his beloved wife, Wanda Mossage. John was a proud U.S. Army veteran who served his country with honor.
John had a passion for life’s simple pleasures. He loved spending weekends at flea markets, searching for treasures to add to his beloved comic book and coin collections. He found joy in classic cowboy movies and could often be found tending to his garden, where he nurtured both plants and peace of mind.
He is survived by his daughters: Mari, Tina (Louie), Pamela (William), and Jessica (James); grandchildren: Nathan, Johnathan, Joshua, Natalie, Jerymi, Anthony, Bryttni, Stephani, and Stephen; sister Therese (Kenny); nieces and nephews: Eric (Petra), Shawn, and Tisha; and great-nieces and nephews: Hannah, Liam, and Summer.
John will be remembered for his love of family, his stories, and the kindness he extended to everyone he met. His legacy lives on through those who loved him
A visitation will be held on February 26, from 5:00 pm until 7:00 pm at Sunset Chapel. A service will be held on February 27, at 12:00 pm with two hours of visitation prior starting at 10:00 am at Sunset Chapel, 6245 Columbia Road, North Olmsted, OH 44070
