John "Jack" Murawski's Obituary
John E. “Jack” Murawski, age 72, of Elyria, passed away peacefully on November 16, 2025, at Hospice of the Western Reserve, surrounded by his loving family, following a long illness.
Born on March 21, 1953, in Elyria, Jack dedicated his life to hard work and enjoyed his career as a truck driver. He had a passion for racing and loved spending time at the Lorain Speedway and watching the Daytona 500. Jack was a reserved and humble man who valued family and simple pleasures.
He is survived by his sisters Carol (Chet) Roswell, Marcia (Bill) Machovina, and Sherri Crawford (Jerry); sister-in-law Debbie Murawski; and many nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Edward and Eileen Murawski (née Mahl), and his brother Rick Murawski.
Jack will be deeply missed by his family and all who knew him.
