Joe, when I was 6 years old I spent every chance I could in my Uncle Steve's basement where you, as the bass player for the 1960s Cleveland Garage Band "The Shattered Nurves", along with the rest of the band, practiced. You, with the band, were always a musical inspiration to me. Thank you so, so much for sharing your talent & love for music there as well as in the Hornung Trio! Thank you for always seeing the best in people & being kind. I will miss you, my friend! Rest in peace. My condolences go out to Adam, Jason, their families & especially Helga. Con Hornung
