Karen M. Wade's Obituary
Karen M. Wade, 78, was born on August 14, 1944 to the late Sterl Hutchinson and Vera Sandburg.
Karen passed away on November 10, 2022. Beloved wife of the late Roger Wade. Cherished mother of Gary (Charis Clark) Kalkbrenner and Sherie (Darin) Kolakowski, Jason Wade, and Brock (Leslie) Wade. Loving grandmother of Jordan (Rishi), Ayrron, Allie, Lindsey, Brooke, Brie, Bryce and Kaylee. Great-grandmother of Lyrik, Riaan, Maia, and Aaria. Special cousin of Ann (Jerry) Rosen.
Karen was a dedicated member of St. Paul Lutheran Church for over 20 years, where she was an active volunteer and was the President of the Altar Guild. She also was a volunteer at the Lutheran Home Care Facility.
While Karen enjoyed quilting, bowling, and spending time with her high school friends, she enjoyed nothing more than spending time with her family.
A memorial service will be held on Thursday, November 17, 2022 at 1:00 PM at St. Paul Lutheran Church, 27993 Detroit Road, Westlake, Ohio 44145.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to St. Paul Lutheran Church.
