Katherine H. Bennet's Obituary
Katherine H. Bennet (nee Hutter), age 102 of Bay Village and formerly of Fairview Park, passed away November 3, 2020. Beloved wife of the late Clifton; daughter of the late Peter and Katherine Hutter; loving mother of Laura (David) Liggett, Carole (Doug) Tackett, Larry and Marsha (Tim) Regan; cherished grandmother of Erica (Colby), Melissa (John), Colleen, Timothy (Lynn), Kevin (Paul), Elizabeth (Christopher) and Katherine (Tony); great-grandmother of Harrison, Harper, Vivienne, Nico, Winnie and Mae; dear sister of the late Elsie Peterman, the late Peter (Fran) Hutter and the late Ernest Hutter; adored aunt of 8.
Katherine was a long-time member of Bethesda on-the-Bay Lutheran Church. She played bridge and pinochle with close family and friends for over 60 years, all members of the Luther League Card Club of Bethany English Lutheran Church. She enjoyed bowling, sewing, cross stitching, gardening and in her later years, word searches. She also volunteered for many years at Fairview Hospital.
Private family services were held.
