Kathleen "Kitty" Fenderbosch's Obituary
Kathleen “Kitty” Fenderbosch, age 75, of Olmsted Falls, Ohio, passed away on June 15, 2025. Born on April 12, 1950, in Lakewood, Ohio, Kitty was the beloved daughter of the late Howard and Helen Rahm.
Kitty is survived by her devoted husband of 50 years, David Fenderbosch; her loving children Jessica (Matthew) Bennett, Leigh Fenderbosch, and Thomas (Mikaela) Fenderbosch; and her cherished grandchildren Grayson, Cecilia, and Holden. She also leaves behind her dear siblings Christine (Jim) Bundridge, Kenneth (Mary) Rahm, Karen (Ronald, deceased) Riley, and Kelly (Stephen) Palivec.
A passionate community servant and advocate, Kitty dedicated 16 years to the Olmsted Falls City Council, including time as Council President. Her commitment to the residents of her hometown was unwavering. For over 30 years, she safely and lovingly transported generations of local children as a school bus driver. Her gentle strength, integrity, and warmth left a lasting impact on those she served.
Kitty’s life was rooted in kindness, devotion, and deep love—for her family, for the animals she cared for, and for the community she called home.
Family and friends are invited to a memorial visitation on Saturday July 19, 2025, from 12:00 to 2:00 PM at Sunset Chapel, 6245 Columbia Road, North Olmsted, Ohio 44070. A memorial service will immediately follow at 2:00 PM at the chapel.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations in Kitty’s memory to Berea Animal Rescue Friends (ARF), an organization close to her heart.
