Kathleen McQueen's Obituary
Kathleen McQueen, of North Olmsted, passed away on June 11, 2026, at the age of 91.
Kathleen was born May 9, 1935, in Bawn Boy, County Cavan, Ireland, to Michael and Susan (McKiernan) Bannon.
Kathleen was preceded in death by her husband, Marcus Lee McQueen, her parents, her siblings Aiden Bannon, Philip Bannon, Desmond Bannon, Carmel (Bannon) Moloney, and John Bannon, and niece Edel Moloney.
She is survived by thier children Michele & Marcus, Jr., their grandchildren Marcus III & Jacob, and her nieces and nephews David Moloney, John Moloney, Norman Moloney, and Orla Moloney.
While Kathleen was living in Maryland, she and Marcus met on a blind date, and later married in 1969. They always put their family first, and Kathleen volunteered at school events & helped with both Girl Scouts & Boy Scouts. She also loved taking her grandchildren to the park and Dairy Queen. Kathleen was a devout Catholic, but most of all, she loved her family. She will be deeply missed.
