Nicole, as she was loving known by, is survived by her children Brinley, Eden, and JR.; her mother Stephanie Kellen- Alzaki (Ali); her siblings Braden Kurtz, Hassan Alzaki, and Burair Alzaki; and her Aunt Staci Fuller.
