Kelsi Lee Jackson, age 16 months old, daughter of Brooke Jackson and Russell Whisenant III, passed away on Sunday, August 19, 2012 peacefully in her motherâ??s arms. Family will receive friends to celebrate Kelsi’s life on Thursday at 6 pm until 8 pm with funeral service on Friday, August 24, 2012 at 10 am in the Chapel at Sunset Memorial Park, 6245 Columbia Rd, North Olmsted, OH 44070.
