Kristen M. Jakubowski, 23, of North Royalton, was taken too soon from this world on
June 25, 2016.
Beloved daughter of Michael and Christina (nee Blam) Jakubowski; cherished sister of Kevin Jakubowski; dear granddaughter of Maria Blam, the late Arnold M. Blam, and the late Walter and Ceil Jakubowski; also survived by many loving aunts, uncles, and cousins. Kristen will also be missed by her cat, Frankie, and dogs, Louie and Ava.
Kristen was an LPN. She had a big heart, with kindness and compassion for all.
Visitation is 4-8 p.m., Wednesday, June 29, 2016, in the Westwood Abbey Mausoleum Chapel at Sunset Memorial Park, 6265 Columbia Rd., North Olmsted, OH, where funeral services will commence at 10 a.m., Thursday, June 30. Entombment in the Westwood Abbey Mausoleum.
