Larry Lee Henderson's Obituary
Larry Lee Henderson, born on December 6, 1949 in Alabama, was a beloved husband, father, grandfather and brother. He peacefully passed away on July 14, 2024 as he entered into the gates of Heaven with his Lord and Savior. Larry was deeply devoted to his loving wife, Tina, with whom he shared a bond built on love, respect, and unwavering companionship.
Larry was a proud father to his two beautiful daughters, who preceded him in death, and embraced his role as a father figure to his two bonus daughters with equal love and care. His legacy lives on through his adoring grandchildren, who were a constant source of joy for him.
Larry absolutely loved music, especially Motown and Classical. It seemed he was always singing and tapping his foot to a beat. He found peace in the outdoors, where he spent countless hours connecting to God, appreciating the simple wonders of nature, whether it was taking long walks, relaxing under a tree or watching the sunset.
Larry's life was a testament to gratitude and humility. He lived each day appreciating the blessings, big and small. Larry approached everything with a positive outlook. His genuine kindness and gentle spirit touched the lives of all who had the privilege of knowing him.
He will be deeply missed and forever remembered for his smile, his warmth, his laughter, and the profound impact he had on those fortunate enough to have shared in his journey.
Larry's services will be held on Monday, July 22, 2024 at Sunset Memorial Chapel, 6245 Columbia Road, North Olmsted, Ohio. Visitation is from 12pm-2pm with his Celebration of Life to follow at 2pm. Please join all of us, as we say our final goodbyes until we meet again. "See ya!"
