LaVerne J. Meadows, age 92, peacefully passed away on December 23, 2025. She was married to her loving husband, Benjamin Sr., for 69 wonderful years until his passing in 2023.
She was born in Cleveland, Ohio on January 18, 1933 to the late Conrad and Julia Schmiel. Dear mother of David (Michelle) and Shirley (Dennis). LaVerne was preceded in death by her son, Benjamin Jr. Loving grandmother to Wesley, Nathan, and Alyssa. She was also preceded in death by her brother Conrad Jr.
LaVerne will be laid to rest privately at Sunset Memorial Park, North Olmsted, Ohio (Section 1-O, Lot 266, Space 6).
