Leanne May Wallace's Obituary
Leanne May Wallace, born on July 24, 1942, in Cleveland, Ohio, to Elmer and Edna (nee Gockerell) Hagen, passed away peacefully in Olmsted Falls, Ohio. She was the beloved wife of the late James Wallace.
Leanne is survived by her sisters, Renie Spung and Jeannie Miscuda, as well as many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her siblings, Janet Barrett and David Hagen.
Leanne was an active member of the VFW and had a passion for gardening. She enjoyed feeding birds and squirrels, and her love for classic cars led her to own a red Gran Prix at one time. She was a lifelong “Avon” rep and worked many years at an insurance agency. Leanne also cherished playing cards and spending time with her family at various gatherings. Her compassion extended to animals, and in lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to the Berea Animal Rescue Fund or an animal shelter of your choosing.
