Margaret A. McKay's Obituary
Margaret A. McKay, 90, of North Olmsted, Ohio passed away on November 3, 2022. She is reunited with her beloved husband of 68 years Farrell D. McKay; loving mother of Dean (Renee), the late Timothy (Diane) and Tammy (Ron) Hughes; cherished grandmother of Sean (Farrah), Lee (Kate), Erin (Ryan), Chris (Kristin), Ryan (Jilian), Ashley McKayla (Chris); great-grandmother of McKenzie, Elizabeth, Reagan, Connor, Jack Dean, and Quinn; dear aunt of Jason (Amanda), Jeffery, Aiden, and Noah; dear sister of Kathy (Danny) Kuack. Margaret proudly served in the U.S. Air Force specializing in underground communications during the Korean War. She shared a spiritual bond with the lord that inspired her to serve others. Margaret served in many charitable originations including, National Council of Catholic Women, St. Richard’s Ladies Guild, St. Augustine, Ronald McDonald House, and North Olmsted Isabella Guild. Her dedication of charitable service earned her the honorable title, Citizen of The Year in North Olmsted 1982. Family and friends are welcome on Sunday, November 13, 2022, from 3:00 PM-7:00 PM at the Sunset Chapel, 6245 Columbia Rd. North Olmsted. Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Monday, November 14, 2022, 10:00 AM, at St. Clarence Catholic Parish, 30106 Lorain Rd. North Olmsted at 10 AM. Please meet at church.
