My grandmother was one of the kindest & most selfless individuals I have ever met. As a child, I would visit every summer & winter vacation - and even into her elderly age, I recall her finding the energy for charity work, such as volunteering at hospitals. Those that knew her, know that she was a very religious woman and that Catholicism was central to her beliefs. I vividly remember her telling me something as a child that resonated with me for the rest of my life - that "it isn't easy getting into Heaven." I always took that as actions speak louder than words & if wish to reap the benefits of eternal bliss in the afterlife, than you essentially have to walk the walk, not just talk the talk. And that is exactly what my grandmother did, which is why I'll always remember her as the kind, loving, giving, & caring woman that she was. I believe she made it
