Margaret B. Thompson (nee Hansar), age 99 of Westlake, passed away March 9, 2020. Beloved wife of the late Robert; loving mother of Gary (Debby), Bruce (Katherine) and Debbie (Dale) Barkhurst; cherished grandmother of Scott, Douglas (Danielle), Kelly, Robert (Julie), Brad (Katherine), Jennifer (Seth) Davis, Stacy (Tuane) Greiner, Aaron (Kelly) Barkhurst and Jeremy (Hannah) Barkhurst; great-grandmother of Jack, Malcom, Joss, Finley and Hunter Thompson, Katherine and Clara Davis, Ella, Jett and Laini Greiner, Caleb, Abigail, Genevieve and Lorelai Barkhurst and Nicolas Thompson; dear sister of the late Betty Konold and the late Jay (the late Vicki) Hansar.
Margaret loved cooking and entertaining. She enjoyed spending time with her grandkids and great grandkids, especially on family vacations.
The family will receive friends on Monday, March 16, 2020 from 12-2 PM in the Chapel at Sunset Memorial Park, 6245 Columbia Rd. North Olmsted; where the Funeral Service will begin at 2 PM. Interment to follow at Sunset Memorial Park.
