Marilyn J Neece's Obituary
Marilyn Joy Neece (nee Ploetz), age 89, passed away in her sleep January 6, 2022. She was a life-long resident of the Cleveland area, residing in Rocky River for many years.
She is survived by her daughters Elizabeth N. Kindschi Sampey (Jonathan D. Sampey Sr.), Vicki A. Neece, Jennifer N. Thomas (Curtis A. Thomas); grandchildren Matthew P. Kindschi (April M. Kindschi), Jessica L. Kindschi Walter (Paul C. Walter); and great grandchildren Penelope J. Walter and Jolene P. Walter.
She was preceded in death by her son David M. Neece, who passed away June 8, 2021. A part of her left this earth when David did.
For many years Marilyn was a home caregiver to several people who became great friends of hers as did their families and her co-workers. She will be remembered for her love of owls, enjoyment of beautiful sunsets, word searches, silly puns, singing and gifting her baked goods to others.
Friends are invited to attend a graveside service and burial on Thursday, June 9th at 2:00 PM, at Sunset Memorial Park, 6265 Columbia Road, North Olmsted, Ohio 44070. Please meet at the front gate of the memorial park at 1:45 PM. For those who wish to pay their last respects, contact Vicki.
