Marion Kay Kuenzel's Obituary
Marion Kay Kuenzel, 93, of Bay Village, Ohio passed away peacefully on June 21, 2022. She was born on July 2, 1928 in Cleveland, Ohio to the late Don and Ruth (nee Slaght) Alexander. Marion retired as a physical education teacher and will be remembered for her active lifestyle and desire to help others. She enjoyed walking her dogs, playing tennis, golfing, and swimming. Her grandchildren have many fond memories of learning to swim under grandma’s attentive command. She was an avid bird watcher and reader, finding great comfort in the Bible’s promise.
Marion will be missed by her loving children Karen (Tom – deceased) Campbell and Kurt (Anne) Kuenzel; cherished grandchildren Hallie (John) Fenn, Ryan Campbell, Carrie (Kyle) Braun, Mark (Lauren) Campbell, Jerome Campbell, David Kuenzel, and Laura (Chris) Tarr; 11 treasured great-grandchildren; dear sister Suzanne (Tom) Schneid; and many nieces and nephews. She was reunited in heaven with her beloved husband Ted Kuenzel, son Tim Kuenzel, and sisters June Alexander and Donna Alexakos.
