Mark Stephen Cragg,72, passed away Tuesday, January 7, 2025, in Oceanside, Ca.
Mark was born May 19, 1952, in Bramhall, Cheshire, England. Mark served in the U.S. Navy, then worked and retired from the San Diego Fire Department in Information Technology. Mark was a graduate of Paul D Camp Community College with a degree in business administration.
Mark was an avid Harley Davidson motorcyclist. Mark completed the “4 corners” ride in 2002. Mark was in AA for more than 35 years and devoted his life to mentoring and helping others in AA in the San Diego area.
Mark was a beloved son, brother, uncle and friend who will be missed.
Mark was preceded in death by his mother, Beryl Rose in 1991, his father, John B. Cragg in 2008 and his brother, Michael Cragg in 2007.
Survivors: Brother David Cragg and wife, Jane and family of Pawleys Island, SC and Woodstock, GA, nieces Teressa Cragg and husband, Sam and family of Moreno Valley, CA, Pamela Hilligas and husband, Dean and family of Hillsboro, OR and nephew Ryan Cragg and wife, Samantha and family of Meridian, ID and many friends.
