Martha Coons' Obituary
Martha M. Coons, age 78, went home to the Lord on Saturday, April 5, 2025 following a brief illness. She was born on October 27, 1946 in Cleveland, Ohio to the late Helen and Wilbur Millott.
She is survived by her beloved husband of 57 years, Theodore Coons; daughters, Bonnie and Teri; grandchildren, Paige, Devon, Joselyn, and Nehaeh; great-grandchildren, Kailana, Cassian, and Lucien; and brother, Robert Millot.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her grandson, William; and brother, Roger Millott.
Martha dedicated 29 years of her life as a machine operator at Malley's Candies, where her hard work and commitment were deeply valued. Beyond her professional life, she cherished the moments spent on numerous camping trips with her family, creating memories that will be treasured forever.
Her fun, spirited nature brought joy to everyone around her. She was selfless and cared deeply for her family, always putting their needs before her own. Her legacy of love and kindness will continue to inspire all who knew her.
Celebration of Life will be held at Sunset Memorial Chapel, 6245 Columbia Road, North Olmsted, Ohio 44070 on Saturday, April 12, 2025 at 12:00 p.m. She will be laid to rest privately at Sunset Memorial Park, North Olmsted, Ohio (Section Sermon on the Mound J, Crypt 6).
