Mary Terese Blaseg's Obituary
Mary Terese Blaseg, age 82, passed away peacefully on January 28, 2026. Born on March 20, 1943, Mary was the beloved daughter of the late Margaret E. and Cornelius J. Wiemels.
Mary was preceded in death by her husband, Donald J. Blaseg, with whom she shared many years of partnership and companionship. She was also preceded in death by her sisters, Patricia A. Lewis and Christine M. Werts. Christine’s husband, William Werts, survives her. Mary is lovingly remembered by her nephews, Mark E. Lewis, Michael Lewis, and Jason Werts. Mary also leaves her caregiver, Destiny Plump, who faithfully cared for her for 2 years.
Memorial Mass is Wednesday, February 11, 2026, at 10:00 AM at St. Mary Parish Berea, 250 Kraft St, Berea, OH 44017.
