Mary Jeanne Lyon's Obituary
Mary "Jeanne" Lyon, 75, of Berea, Ohio passed away on October 1, 2021. She was born on February 28, 1946 in Berea, Ohio to the late Joseph Willard and Mary Margaret (nee Matosich) Lyon. Jeanne will be fondly remembered for her love of golf and bowling. She was an active member of St. Adalbert Parish in Berea, Ohio and spent countless hours volunteering for Meals on Wheels. Dear sister of Joseph (Barbara) Lyon II, Douglas (Gretchen) Lyon, Frederick Lyon (deceased), and Barbara Ballantine (deceased); loving aunt and treasured friend of many. Friends and family may call on Wednesday October 6, 2021 from 12-2 PM with services 2PM at Sunset Chapel, 6245 Columbia Road, North Olmsted, Ohio 44070. Interment will follow at Sunset Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Alzheimer Association online at https://www.alz.org/cleveland or The Kemper House 10890 Prospect Rd, Strongsville, OH 44149.
