Mary Frances “Fran” Migliorino, age 77, passed away on April 16, 2023. Fran was born on June 22, 1945 in Washinton D.C. to the late Richie and Helen Edmonston.

Fran had a successful career where she spent most of it as Economic Development Director for the Government. In her spare time, Fran enjoyed cooking, golfing, being the “head cheerleader” at her kids and grandkids events, and hosting “Monday Night at the Migs” for all her children and their friends. However, her biggest enjoyment was her family and friends. They were her true pride and joy. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and sister. She was a friend to all who knew her. Fran welcomed everyone into her home, especially to partake in her favorite holiday traditions. She touched many lives throughout her life and will be missed by many.
