Mary E. Swift's Obituary
Mary Ellen Swift, 71, of Parma, went to her Eternal Home on October 18, 2023. She was born April 24, 1952, in Germany, to the late Arthur and Marjorie (nee Kelly) Roy. She was a loving wife to her husband who preceded her in death, David M. Swift Sr.; loving mother to Shaunna Zarlinga, David and Sheila Swift Jr., Kelly Swift and Mary Swift. A devoted grandmother to Alec, Alli, and Avery Zarlinga, Ethan and Mylie Swift, Austin Swift, and Angelina Lakota; great-grandmother to Cassidy Swift. Cherished sister to Robert and Myong-Sun Choe Roy, the late Patricia and Thomas Rohde, and the late Juanita Skubovius. Aunt to Michael and Mina Rohde, James Rohde, Sarah Roy, Tammy and Jimmy Rikard, the late Richard Lukehart; and a great-aunt to many.
A Graveside Memorial Service will be held Saturday, October 28, 2023, at 12:00noon at Sunset Cemetery, 6265 Columbia Road, North Olmsted, Ohio 44070. Family and Friends will meet at Sunset Chapel at 11:45am prior to the Graveside to process over. A Luncheon will be held at Sunset Chapel in the lower level immediately after the Service. The family requests that guests please wear purple in honor of Mary.
