Maryanne L. Minut's Obituary
Maryanne L. Minut, 87, of Berea, Ohio, passed away on June 11, 2025, leaving behind a legacy of warmth, creativity, and a genuine love for connecting with others. Born on April 22,1938 in Akron, Ohio, to the late Joseph and Lillian Gosselin, Maryanne was a devoted wife, mother, and friend who touched the lives of many.
She was the beloved wife of the late Edward R. Minut and a loving mother to Edward A. (Sue) Minut and Margie (Bernard) Minut Bellar. Her heart was always open to those around her, and she cherished her dear friendship with the late Jerry Kramer.
Maryanne had an innate ability to bring joy into the world, whether through lively conversations, her passion for feeding the birds, or her love of being out and about. She never met a stranger, always eager to share a smile or a story with everyone she encountered. A gifted craftswoman, she once worked as a floral arranger for World’s Bazaar, bringing beauty and creativity to everything she touched. She was an avid baseball fan who loved the Cleveland Indians, even attending the 1948 World Series.

A visitation will be held on Thursday, June 19, 2025, from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Sunset Chapel, 6245 Columbia Rd., Olmsted Falls, Ohio 44138.
A Catholic funeral mass will held on Friday June 20th, 2025 at 10:30am at St. Mary of the Falls, 25615 Bagley Rd, Olmsted Falls, OH 44138
