Marylou Chudzik's Obituary
Marylou Chudzik, age 85, passed away on December 27, 2025. Born on May 6, 1940, she was the cherished daughter of the late Rose and William Nicolo.
Marylou was a devoted wife to her late husband, Thomas Chudzik, and a loving mother to her children, Mark Chudzik and Kathryn Chudzik. She took immense pride in her family, especially her grandson, Jack Meluch, who brought her endless joy. She also adored her “grandfur babies,” Harper and Ozzy, who never failed to make her smile. Marylou is survived by her brother, Frank Nicolo.
A graduate of South High School, Marylou treasured the friendships she made there and remained close with many of her classmates throughout her life—most especially her best friend, Linda, whose companionship was a constant source of comfort and laughter.
Marylou had a vibrant spirit, wicked sense of humor, and a heart full of nostalgia. She loved listening to Elvis, whose music filled her home with warmth and memories. She enjoyed spending her afternoons watching her favorite soap operas, including Another World and All My Children, and she never tired of the classic humor found in sitcoms like Everybody Loves Raymond and I Love Lucy. These simple joys brought her comfort, routine, and plenty of laughter.
Marylou will be remembered for her kindness, her gentle humor, and the unwavering love she had for her family and friends. Her presence will be deeply missed, but her memory will continue to bring light to all who knew her.
May she rest in peace.
