Matthew Phillip Michael “Matt” Lapohn, 29, passed away Saturday, July 15, 2017.
He was born on, October 2, 1987 in Cleveland to Randy M. and Bonnie L. (Coreno) Lapohn. Devoted father of Cole Robert Crawford and Matthew P. M. Lapohn Jr.; beloved brother of Nicole (Cory Mathews) Miller, Kristen (Bryan Zimmerman) Lapohn, Jessica (Nick) Barnes; cherished grandson of Helmut R. (Rose) Lapohn and Beverly and the late Joseph Coreno; survived by 12 nieces and nephews, several aunts, uncles and cousins.
Matthew loved his family and friends, but most of all he loved being a dad to his boys Cole and Matthew Jr.
