I so love Aunt Max....and how fitting that she took her leave on New Year's Eve! She loved a celebration and was always a lot of fun. I remember that as a girl I was crazy about babies, and Aunt Max usually had one that I could hold...kept the supply coming and I would meet her at the door when they visited and take the latest cherub from her arms...now they are all grown up and just as loving as she taught them to be! Am so grateful that I got to attend her 90th birthday party...she was as engaging as ever....
She was always my favorite aunt and I chose her as my confirmation sponsor.
I know she is missed, but now I can imagine her rejoining my mom and others on the other side of life...a happy reunion for sure!
