Sherry and Steve, please accept my sincerest condolences for the loss of your wonderful sister, Melanie. We all knew each other as kids, and I had the privilege of spending time with her in more recent years on my trips to Cleveland. Melanie was adventurous, intelligent and talented. But the most important thing in her life was her relationship with you both. She was so very proud to have you as her siblings. I will remember many things about her--like her beautiful smile, infectious laugh and delightful sense of humor. Mostly, I will remember that she was one of the kindest human beings I have ever met. May God hold you close and bring you comfort.

I struggled with the passing of Melanie so it has taken me a few days to process. I have been a dear friend of Melanie for almost 60 years. Since grade school, Melanie and I have shared the good, bad, ugly and crazy of life experiences and adventures. Melanie was my Maid of Honor and is the Godmother to my son, Christian. Melanie was a very intelligent and focused woman. She achieved most of her goals and objectives. Melanie enjoyed travel, writing and baking. She was responsible for providing the "monster cookies" for the girls annual holiday poker party. Melanie was a devoted, caring and passionate daughter, sister and friend. She deeply loved her family and friends. I could go on forever listing all of her attributes, etc. But "space" and time would not be sufficient. In closing, my deepest and sincerest condolences to her siblings,Sheri and Steve.I feel your tremendous loss. May God provide you with the blessings of grace, guidance and love to manage through this very difficult time.

Melanie worked at National City and was and friend and supervisor in Secured Credits. I have known her for twenty years and will miss her and will pray for her. Pauline Pollack
