I met Mike when he was looking to buy a home near me and then became a new neighbor. We got to talking and I shared that I do home remodeling/restoration for a living. After mentioning that I'm always looking for "side-work".... he offered me some work on the condo he just purchased.
He became a good neighor and a good friend....always ready to just hangout, offer a drink, and "shoot-the-shit" whenever I felt the need to talk with someone or just goof-off.
I knew something happened to him around mid-summer last year but didn't know anyone that knew him or had any information on his condition....until today. And today I realize just how much he meant to me.
