Mike was a dear friend and a wonderful human being. We spent many hours at work together in the steel mill and with our families at home. Mike always had a good heart and was there to help a friend in need or to spend time with kids doing the things that a good father will do for his children. Some of my fondest memories include waiting in line in the freezing cold to get concert tickets, having parties at each others' houses and watching our children grow up together. Mike was a good soul and will be missed by all who knew him. I am glad we got to stop in July to see him and his family. That time together will last with me and Barb since we will not be able to see our dear friend again. I hope we can still see the rest of Mike's family in the future and let them know how special we feel about them and Mike. Know that you will always be in our hearts and that we loved you and the time we spent together.
